You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and hereby release Click Book Travel and any of its staff and employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of your actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. You understand you will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside your family or partnership. You will not reproduce these copyrighted materials, lend, rent or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyrighted and trademark laws, and if you do so, you acknowledge that legal action may and will be brought against you.


 


If you want to view or use Click Book Travel, you must agree to conform to and be legally bound by the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with any of these terms or conditions, do not use our website.


  

Client Responsibility

  • Coaching services are available to individuals who are legally able to enter into contracts.
     
  • Coaching is for guidance, education, and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
     
  • Clients are responsible for applying coaching advice and for their own decisions and actions.
     

Coaching Services

  • Sessions are delivered according to the package purchased.
     
  • All sessions must be scheduled and completed within the timeframe of the package:
     
    • 3 sessions: within 3 weeks from the start date
       
    • 6 sessions: within 8 weeks from the start date
       
    • 12 sessions: within 14 weeks from the start date
       
    • 20 sessions: within 6 months from the start date
       
  • Unused sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing with management.
     

Payment Terms

  • Full payment for coaching packages is required before commencement of sessions.
     
  • Ongoing services will not continue until payment is received.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a session by contacting us by phone and providing written confirmation.
     
  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled session.
     
  • Failure to attend a session without providing proper notice will result in the forfeiture of the session.
     
  • Where possible, clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions within the purchased package timeframe.
     
  • Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
     

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered once payment is made, unless required by law, such as when a service fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
     

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, and content provided during coaching remain the property of Click Book Travel
     
  • Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.
     

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Client information and coaching session content are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
     
  • Personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
     

Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching services are provided as guidance only; results are not guaranteed.
     
  • Clients use coaching strategies and advice at their own risk.
  • Click Book Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from a client’s application (or non-application) of coaching guidance.
     

Termination / Suspension

  • By the Client: Clients may terminate at any time with written notice. Unused sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
     
  • By the Coach / Business: Services may be terminated or suspended if a client:
     
    • Breaches Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct
       
    • Engages in abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior
       
    • Fails to pay as agreed
       
  • Termination does not relieve clients of obligations for sessions already delivered.
     
  • Management may, at their discretion, extend or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances.
     

Session Logistics

  • Sessions will be conducted as agreed (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
     
  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time.
     

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
     
  • Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, may be referred to mediation or the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
     

Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
     
  • Management reserves the right to terminate coaching if clients engage in harassment, illegal activity, or other disruptive behavior.
